Elizabeth Timm Goes in Death; Service Monday
Elizabeth Timm, 66, lifelong resident of this community, who resided at 409 West Sixth street, died at Bellevue hospital at 2:15 p.m. Friday after an extended illness.
She was the daughter of Henry and JoHanna Rhode (Rohde) Timm and was born here Dec. 23, 1880. Miss Timm was a member of Zion Lutheran church.
Surviving are three brothers, Carl M. Timm, Harry A. Timm and Paul J. Timm, all of Muscatine; four sisters, Mrs. Anna Balmos, Mrs. Mary Weiss, Mrs. Emma Jones, all of Muscatine and Mrs. Henry Niemeier of Lake township and a number of nieces and nephews. Her parents and one brother preceded her in death.
The body is at the Geo. M. Wittich Funeral home and rites will be held there at 1:30 p. m. Monday with the Rev. Hartwig Harms of Zion Lutheran church in charge. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery.
