William married Mary Lou Brossmann on November 4, 1962, at St. John’s Catholic Church in Schulenburg. Together they had two sons.
William was a farmer and rancher all of his adult life. He was a member of the Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Wallis. He served as a Faithful Navigator of the 4th Degree of the Knights of Columbus. William was also a Grand Knight of the 3rd Degree Knights of Columbus. He was a director of the Ft. Bend County Farm Bureau from 1971-2015.
William loved dancing and listening to polka music. He was a faithful follower of his favorite polka band, his son’s, The Dujka Brothers. After retirement, he and Mary Lou enjoyed getting to travel to many out of state destinations.
William is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Dujka, sons John Dujka of Brenham and Mark Dujka and wife Suzanne of East Bernard. He is also survived by four grandchildren, William, Kalyn, Nadia, and Bella Dujka. He is also survived by his sister, Joyce Otto, a sister in law, Cynthia Dujka, and a brother in law, James Brossmann.
William was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, and nine sisters.
Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, August 24, 2019, from 9:00 AM until 11:30 AM at Guardian Angel Catholic Church, 5518 Demel Street, Wallis, Texas. A rosary will begin at 11:30 AM, followed by a funeral mass at 12:00 PM. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
