Mitchell Adams, age 68, of Turtletown, TN passed away Monday, Nov. 12,
2018. Mitchell was born in Polk County, TN, to the late Clarence and
Mildred Marie Adams. He had worked in Maintenance for Shaw Industries
and was of the Holiness Faith.
He is survived by his loving wife of fifty years, two sons, one brother, one sister,
three grandchildren. Many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, Nov. 15, 2018 at 2:00
p.m. from the Akins Funeral Home of Copperhill Chapel with Rev. Roy
Trantham and Rev. Jonathan Smith officiating. Music will be by the Smith
Sisters. Pallbearers selected to serve include, Jeremy Jones, Michael
Jones, Jonathan Smith, Jody Smith, Dewayne Adams, Randall Allen and
Mickey Loudermilk. Interment will follow in the Craig Family cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening
