OBITUARY-
Andrew Duryea was born February 26, 1850, in Troga county, Pa., and died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Charles Harlow, here October 10, 1930, aged 80 years, 7 months and 13 days.
He came to Nebraska at the age of 18. He married Emma Bacon September 24, 1874. Eight children were born to them, two of whom died in infancy.
He is survived by his widow and six children: Mrs. Cora Slater of Pawnee City, John and Charles Duryea of East St. Louis, Mrs. Anna Miller of Dawson, Mrs. Maggie Harlow ans Mrs. Pearl Freeman of Table Rock; 15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Edward and James; 2 sisters Ada Daw and Dell Henderson, all of Arkansas.
Funeral services were held at the M. E. Church at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon, conducted by the pastor, Rev. W. E. Caldwell, and the remains were laid to rest in the Table Rock cemetery.
