Harold Renner, 78, of Amarillo, died Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2001.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in San Jacinto Church of Christ with Mike Suiter of the church officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St.

Mr. Renner was born in Erick, Okla. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He married Evelyn Hamilton in Clovis, N.M., on Nov. 10, 1951.

He retired after 30 years of federal service. He was a member of San Jacinto Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Wendell Hamilton of Tulsa, Okla.; a sister, Jean R. Hamilton of Amarillo; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to High Plains Children's Home, P.O. Box 7448, Amarillo, TX 79114-9990.
