Earl West, age 86 of Williamsburg, KY., passed away Sunday, June 16, 2019 at his home. He was born June 20, 1932 in McCreary County, KY., to the late Cal and Temple Watters West. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by 1 son; Earl Dean West, 1 sister; Myrtle Watters, 2 brothers; Clyde West and Clifford West, 2 brothers-in-law; Grant Siler and Bob McWilliams, 1 nephew; Larry Wayne West, and 1 niece; Connie Ann Pitcher. He was a member of Concord Community Church.
He is survived by 2 daughters; Wilma June and Wanda, 1 son; Robert Eugene, 3 sisters; Hettie Siler of Williamsburg, KY., Thelma McWilliams of Williamsburg, KY., Louella (Chester) Shelley of Hazel Park, MI., 3 brothers; Clinton (Bonnie) West of Williamsburg, KY., Denny (Mary) West of Williamsburg, KY., Roy (Linda) West of Williamsburg, KY., 2 sisters-in-law; Joy West of Williamsburg, KY., Carol Sue West Souder (Gary) of Lake Placid, FL., several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends to mourn his passing. He will be missed.
Funeral service held 1:00 PM Thursday, June 20, 2019 at Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bryan West officiating. Interment will be in Pine Knot Cemetery.
