Loetta was the daughter of Clyde Emmett Sprinkle & Estie Stapleton.

She married Richard Aleshire.

Loetta's obituary at the Mullis-Sturgill Funeral Home website included: "She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Aleshire, her father and mother, Clyde and Estie Sprinkle. By two brothers; Harold and Freddie Sprinkle, two sisters; Claris Warner and Geneva Kistner. She is survived by two brothers; Sammy and Ronnie Sprinkle, two sisters; Nancy (James) Skidmore of Pennington Gap, VA. Doris Ward of Jacksonville, FL."
