Jesse A., son of Andrew and Susan Hale, was born November 23, 1862 and died April 13, 1936. He married Missouri Frances Rush Sept. 10, 1884. They had 12 children. 5 have died: Jasper, Charlie and Albert, Ruth May and an infant child. Besides his wife, he leaves 3 sons, Walter of Cisne, George of Pontiac and Jess of Orchardville, four daughters, Myrtie Spitzner of Cisne, Easter Tibbs of Geff, Dorsie Ballard of Akron, and Marie Bullard of Cisne, 3 brothers, Luke and Andrew of Johnsonville, Fred of St. Louis and 2 sisters, Mattie Galbraith of Johnsonville and Bessie Rudesill of Alexander, Louisiana. Burial in Hale cemetery.
