Funeral for Joe Sinclair Lowry, 84, who died Friday in Adcock Rest Home in Fayetteville will be conducted Monday at 3 p.m. in Union Chapel Methodist Church. Burial will be in Oxendine Cemetery.
He is survived by his daughters, Mrs. Reuben Locklear and Mrs. Louis Lowry of Lumberton Route 4, Mrs. Evander Locklear of Red Springs, Route 4, Mrs. Virgie Pecil of Lumberton, Mrs. Ada Lowry of Route 1, Pembroke, and Mrs. Vol Ford of Canton, Ill; and his sons, James L. Lowry of Idaho and Warren G. Lowry of Route 1 Pembroke; 40 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
