MRS. IDA GRIFFIN
Mrs. Ida Griffin, 64 years of age, died on Monday morning at the home of Henry Grigin (Griffin) in Brooklyn where she has been housekeeper for the past six years. Her husband, John Griffin, who died in 1917, was a brother of Henry Griffin. The family came to Napoleon about 20 years ago from Woodstock, Ill., and its members have a place of love and respect in the community. Of the surviving children, Henry and Leslie Griffin, Mrs. Howard DeLand and Mrs. Gaylord DeLand live in Napoleon township, Mrs. Earnest Schauer lives in Brooklyn and Dorothy Griffin in Jackson. The funeral services on Wednesday were conducted at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Schauer in Brooklyn, Rev. Johnson of Manchester having charge. Burial was made at Napoleon cemetery.
