Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Schroder Mortuary, Silvis. Visitation will be one hour before the service time on Friday. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline.
She was born March 8, 1915, in Scott County, Tenn., to Carnelon and Martha Smith Terry. She married Marlin H. Laity, Aug. 8, 1942, in East Moline. Marlin died Jan. 8, 1984.
Annis was a bookkeeper for Marlin H. Laity Excavating, and later worked at Illini Hospital. After her retirement, she volunteered at Illini Hospital for several years.
She enjoyed sewing and was a member of First Baptist Church, Silvis, where she enjoyed church activities.
Survivors include her daughters, Nancy Laity Streeter, Port Byron, and Susan (David) Price, Wheaton; grandchildren, A.J. (Anna) Streeter, New Windsor, Thomas (Sarah) Price, Glen Ellyn, Ill., and Matthew (Jennifer) Price, Crystal Lake, Ill.; great-grandchildren, Savannah Streeter, New Windsor, and Gryphon Price, Crystal Lake; sisters, Hazel Woods, Kingston, Tenn., and Lillie Glavich, Dade City, Fla.; brothers, J.B. Terry, Scott County, and Carnelon Terry, Clinton, Tenn.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, James Arvilee Terry (World War II), Bill Terry, Floyd Terry, Roscoe Terry and Paul Terry.
