MRS. MINNIE HARRIS
Funeral services are to be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at McKenzie Chapel Cemetery at Buena Vista for Mrs. Minnie Harris, 80-year-old Adams County native.
Mrs. Harris died Sunday at Good Samaritan Hospital at Zanesville, where she had been a patient for three weeks. Mrs. Harris had been a resident of Shawnee in Perry County. A member of the Methodist Church, she was active in both WSCS and Sunday School.
Surviving are a son, Cecil of Matilou of New Lexington and Mrs. Elsie Stayton of Jeffersonville; a brother, Nelson Cox in Adams County; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Services will be held in New Lexington at 10 a.m. Tuesday before the body is taken to Buena Vista Chute Funeral Home of New Lexington is in charge.
