SON OF [GOV] NEHEMIAH PALMER HANNAH LORD STANTON HUSBAND OF MARGARET SMITH

Their suggestion: Velcro (#47336803)

Hi. Thank you for creating a memorial for Daniel Palmer. It is appreciated. I am curious on the source for the date of birth. According to "Connecticut Town Birth Records, pre-1870 (Barbour Collection0" the date is 12 Nov 1672. That is also supported by "A record, genealogical, biographical, statistical, of Thomas Stanton", his mother was a Stanton, as well as "The Groton Avery Clan". Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Linne

Suggested Edit:
I have corrected dates of birth and death and suggest that you include in the bio section these supporting source citations: Stonington Vital Records, Barbour Collection, 185; New London District Probate Records, F:241-43, 250-52.

Grave not marked and he is not listed in the 1934 Hale Collection survey of this cemetery, indicating he had no legible marker at that time either.
