Maggie was passionate about everything. She had a fierce love for community-involvement and student organazations. Maggie was involved in just about everything. Teachers and friends described Maggie as kind, altruistic, genuine, ambitious and majestic – one of her favorite words. She was known as giving up her day to help others. She tryed to do more than could be done, nevertheless she tryed.

Maggie was a senior at Platte Canyon High School and died Dec. 1 in connection with an arson at her family’s home in Bailey. Her death is being investigated as a homicide which has not been solved.
