Amos Duran, 51, a resident of El Rancho, went peacefully to be with the Lord on Saturday January 5, 2019.

Amos was preceded in death by his parents, Fermin and Lillian Duran; daughter, Angel Morfin.

Amos was one of the kindest, and loving person anyone can ever meet. His presence always lit up a room and brought everyone so much joy as he made them smile and laugh. His love for his grandchildren was unconditional. Amos was an Avid Oakland Raiders superfan, he enjoyed traveling and was fortunate enough to travel to many places and meet many people. He will forever be missed and loved by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Amos is survived by his children, Joshua Duran, Michelle Armijo, Ashley Morfin (Christopher), Jr. Morfin; 8 Grandchildren; God Children, Abe Herrera, Lillyanne “Lilly Pop” Garcia, and Joseph Morfin; special aunt, Esther “Brown” Romero, brothers, Joel Duran (Audrey), Peter Duran (Tammy).

Serving the family as pallbearers are Johnathan Romero, James Romero, Abe Herrera, Hershel Martin, Mathew Roybal, and Bobby Duran, honorary pallbearers will be Elipio Garcia, Marvin and Joshua Duran.
