Savilla's obituary read: "SAVILLA HANTZ FORMER OBLONG RESIDENT, DIES - Savilla Hantz, 86, former Oblong resident, died early this morning at the Davis Nursing Home in Zionville, Indiana, following an extended illness. Mrs. Hantz is survived by four daughters, Mary Grover, Rockville, Indiana; Laura Denbo, Hume, and Esther Pittman, and Ann Denbo, both of Indianapolis. Private grave side services will be held Wednesday at 10:30 A.M. at the Young America Cemetery at Hume with Rev. Calvin Smith officiating. Friends may call at the Marshall Funeral Chapel in Oblong from 4 to 9 P.M. Thursday."
