Passed away Monday at Countryside Meadows in Avon, IN.

Daughter of Charles Edgar "Ed" and Dorothy V. Jacobs Indermuhl.
Married Ronald D. Addler. He preceded her in death in 2011.
Survivors include children David (Ann Marie) Addler, Debra (Michael) Walters and Denise Bault; grandchildren Heather Thompson, Melanie (Andrew) Brown, Jacob (Amber) Walters and Mitchell Addler; great-grandchildren Andrew and Alex Thompson and Colin Krieger.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and sister Donna Aldrich.

Beverly graduated with her R.N. in 1956 from Mt. Zion Hospital School of Nursing in San Francisco,

As an R.N., she worked at Washoe Medical Center in Reno, Nevada, as well as Montgomery County Culver Union Hospital in Crawfordsville. During her 50-year nursing career, she was surgical, ER, obstetrics, oncology and occupational therapy specialist. As a healthcare manager, she also served as Director of Nursing and Assistant Administrator at Culver Union Hospital.

Cremation was chosen.

Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Association.
