Frank was a member of Grace Communion Church of God.
Frank quit school and went to work at a dairy plant in Miami, Florida, when he was sixteen years old. He worked there for five years and then moved back home where he began working with his father at Fink's Mill that his brother had bought. He worked there and drove a school bus until he retired. Frank loved to tell jokes to anyone who would listen.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Mark and Marie Fink; one sister, Malda Larochelle; and four brothers, Thomas Fink, Lanier Fink, Stewart Fink, and James (Jimmy) Fink.
Frank leaves behind his wife of 54 years, two sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral: 11:00am, Thursday, December 6, 2018, at Evans Funeral Home, with Harold McKissic officiating.
Visitation: one hour before service.
Interment: in the Marvin Chapel Assembly of God Cemetery.
