She was preceded in death by her husband Russell L. Brown (1920-1995). Her children are Steve and Tom Brown and Susan (Brown) Garrett.
Her parents were Patrick and Ida Mae (Roshon) Powers, and also preceded in death by 7 sisters and 2 brothers.
She is survived by her sister Martha Jane Hammond.
Dutch graduated from St. Mary High School with the class of 1938. She volunteered with Meals on Wheels.
She was a founding member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church and that is where her Mass of Christian Burial was held.
