Mary was also a longtime member of the MSB Professional Standards Ethics Committee. Beloved wife of the late Galen Eugene Tam; dear mother of Charmaine Tam, Rev. Timothy (Lisa Marie) Tam, Monty Tam, Christine Tam, Ginger Tam, and the late Geoffery; loving grandmother of Cara (Justin) Young, Joshua Tam, Nathaniel Tam and Amelia Tam; great-grandmother of Silas Young; fond sister of Winona Ruth Gunter, Martha Wenz, Lois Bridges, and Josephine (David) Lottes and her twin, the late Margaret Goffe; sister-in-law of Mary Lou Anderson, Oleta Tam, and Tom Goffe.
