VICTORIA - Florence Belle Howard, 94, passed away on November 14, 2018 in Victoria. She was born near Gilmer, Texas on April 30, 1924 to Fred and Elsie Floyd.
Florence enjoyed going fishing, camping or working in her garden and growing fresh fruits and vegetables. She was also an excellent cook and homemaker. She and Ken collected and sold antiques and vintage glassware over several years. She was a registered LVN working for several years at Citizens Hospital in Victoria.
Visitation will be Friday, November 16, 2018 from 5:00-7:00pm at Grace Memorial Chapel, 8819 U.S. Hwy 87 N in Victoria, Texas. Services will begin at 2:00pm on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Grace Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
