She was born Dec. 28, 1933, in Gilmer, to the late Fred and Elsie Collier Floyd. She was a retired accountant for Emjay Chemical and a member of Church of God International.
Survivors: sister, Florence Howard of Victoria.
Preceded in death by: husband, David A. Dearing; and brother, Howard D. Floyd.
Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Colonial Funeral Home chapel.
Burial will be at Hawley Cemetery. Colonial Funeral Home, Victoria, 361-578-3535.
