Mrs Ada R Tuggle Dies; Mother of 2 Policemen
Mrs Ada Robert Tuggle, 79, of 1263 McPherson Avenue SE died at her home Monday after an extended illness.
Mrs Tuggle was the mother of Atlanta Police Supt J L Tuggle and Patrolman H G Tuggle.
A native of Buford, she had lived in Atlanta for 25 years and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. She was the widow of Mark Floyd Tuggle who died in 1957 [1946].
In addition to the two sons, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs J R Beasley and Mrs A B McNaughton, both of Atlanta; sister, Mrs N C Tutton of Buford; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
