INDIANA DEATHS Loren D. Loftus Moores Hill, Ind., July 6 - The body of Private Loren D. Loftus, 24, R. R. 1, Moores Hill, was returned to Moores Hill today from Huntesville, Texas, where it had been found along a railroad Monday. Loftus was on the way home from a Texas Army camp for his first furlough in a year. A letter from a Huntsville funeral director stated that Loftus had apparently fallen from a train. He had been in the Army for two years, and was formerly employed at Seagram's in Lawrenceburg. Services will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. at the Chesterville Methodist Church, near here. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery at Aurora. Survivors are his widow, Mildred Lutz Loftus; a son, Dale; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Loftus, Moores Hill; two brothers, Wallace and Donald Loftus, both in the U.S. Navy, and a sister, Alberta."
