Mrs. Dillon, a life long and highly respected resident of this community, passed away at 5:30 P. M. at her farm home west of New Richland. She had been in failing health for the past 5 years and critically ill for six weeks. She was dismissed from San Antonio Hospital in Kenton on June 13th after receiving medical treatment. Mary Agnes, or "Aggie" as she was known by her many friends, was born in Hardin County on March 18, 1883, the daughter of Joseph and Mary Bell-Stout. On October 1, 1901, she was united in marriage with George Dillon whose death occurred on March 11, 1946. She was also preceded in death by one son, Clarence, in infancy. Survivors include two sons and two daughters, Emerson Dillon, who resides on a farm north of here on the Marsh Pike; Russell, Mildred and Mary Dillon at home; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Liles of Kenton and Mrs. Elsie Corwin of Mt. Gilead; two brothers, Floyd and Denny Stout, both of whom live north of here; and two grand-daughters, Melva Louise and Rose Marie Dillon. A member of the Belle Center Methodist Church, Mrs. Dillon also leaves a number of nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
