Funeral services were at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 18 at St. Bernard Catholic Church, Bella Vista. Father Joseph Enderlin officiated. Committal was at St. Bernard's Columbarium.
Mr. Beck was born June 10, 1917 in Remsen, Ia., the son of Adolph and Regina (Wenner) Beck. He was raised and educated in Remsen. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Army. He worked for Westinghouse, Inc. as a salesman, then later as district manager. He was National Salesman of the Year twice. After retirement he continued sales for Newton Manufacturing, Inc. He and his wife moved to Bella Vista, Ark. in 1980 from West Des Moines, Ia.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta, on July 16, 2000.
