REYNOLDS, Carsanna Hamlett, of Richmond, departed this life at the age of 61 on August 1, 2018, after a courageous and hard-fought battle with cancer. She was born on April 2, 1957, to Carson E. Hamlett, Jr. and Jane Overholt Hamlett, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Wayne L. Reynolds; her siblings, Michael Hamlett and Johanna Burns; her daughters, Jamie Kronman (Eric) and Michaela Hamelin (Ryan); and her four beloved grandchildren, Libby, Caroline, Jackson, and Avery. Carsanna lived life with a selfless and generous heart, leaving a profound impact on all who knew her well. She loved the beach, watching Roger Federer play tennis, and above all else, spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her family will remember her as a devoted mother and an adoring grandmother. Her presence in their lives will be painfully missed. A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, August 3, at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, August 4, at Greenwood Memorial Gardens, 12609 Patterson Ave., Richmond.
