Mrs. Frerking was born Mary Haselbusch on July 28, 1873, in Germany. She was married to Henry Frerking and they came to the United States in 1900 and settled at Monticello, Iowa. In 1910, they came to Wisconsin and made their home in Chippewa county. Her husband preceded her in death on August 30, 1934. Mrs. Frerking is survived by the following children: Mrs. Robert (Minnie) White; Henry, and Mrs. Elmer (Mary) Melville, of Chippewa Falls; Anton of Lake Hallie; Mrs. Roy (Louise) Girard of Vancouver Wash.; Mrs. Alvin Windsor of Alma Center and Mrs. Walter (Frances) Windsor of Black River Falls. There are 26 grandchildren and I6 great-grandchildren. One son died in infancy.
Mrs. Frerking was a member of the First English Lutheran church. Services will be held at the Maaon-Hersog Funeral Home Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. with Rev. F. J. Swensen of Eau Claire officiating. Interment will be made in Prairie View cemetery.
The remains will lie in state at the funeral home after 12:00 noon on Tuesday.
