Funeral services for the late Henry Frerking will be held Thursday afternoon. There will be services at the home at 2 p.m. and at 2:30 p.m. at the First English Lutheran church in this city. Interment will be in Prairie View cemetery. The body, which has been at the Mason Funeral Home, will be taken to the residence Wednesday afternoon.

Frerking had been a resident of Lafayette for many years and was widely known throughout the community. He is survived by his wife and four daughters and two sons. Mrs. Minnie White, Mrs. Louise Girard, Mrs. Martha Windsor, Miss Frances Frerking and Henry and Anton Frerking.

** According to a family member, Henry was actually buried with his son, Hans who was buried on what was a hill at the time behind family farm. This hill has since become an island at Lake Wissota. **
