Mrs M B Flatau of 334 Irish Lane died Tuesday in an Atlanta hospital.
Mrs Flatau, the former Perla Adamson, was a native Atlantan and a member of the Kirkwood Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband; daughter, Mrs F H Kelly, Atlanta; son, B T Flatau, Atlanta; sister, Mrs M H Ozburn, Atlanta, and a brother, W P Adamson, Atlanta.
Funeral plans will be announced by Horace Ward Inc.
