SERVICES FRIDAY
AT HENRY CHAPEL
WATER, VALLEY, MISS.---Edgar Clifford Black, 72, died at 8 p.m. at the Yalobusha County General Hospital, Water Valley, Miss., Yalobusha County.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Henry Funeral Home in Water Valley, Miss. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Water Valley, Miss., Yalobusha County. Rev. Paul Kiihnl and Rev. Claude Howe will officiate.
Mr. Black was a retired farmer and carpenter and lifelong resident of Yalobusha County and member of Bethel Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lela Mae Walters Black; two daughters, Mrs. Hervis Hamblett and Mrs. Edwin Hill, both of Water Valley, Miss.; a brother, Verley Black of Vardaman, Miss.; three sisters, Mrs. Paul Williams and Mrs. Less Tubbs, both of Water Valley, Miss., and Mrs. Enoch Downs of Shaw, Miss. and four grandchildren.
