Mrs. Sina Cottle Hancock, 86, of Lucasville Rt. 2, died at 10:35 a.m. Monday at Villa Nursing Home.
A native of Scioto County, she was a retired Selby Shoe Co. employee and member of Porter Freewill Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Hancock, in 1968, she is survived by two stepsons, Eldon Hancock, 2918 Kenroe Ave., and Harold R. Hancock of Minneapolis, Minn.; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Edward Burns of Lucasville, Mrs. Leman Miller of Minford Rt. 2 and Mrs. Raymond Amicon of Chillicothe; a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Ellsner of Cincinnati; four grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Rev. Forrest Chamberlin is to officiate at services at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Don Wolfe Funeral Home in Sciotoville. Burial is to be in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 tonight.
