MRS. JULIA G. COLDIRON
(1906-1955)
Mrs. Julia G. Coldiron, 47, of Gallia St. Wheelersburg, died at 10:05 a.m. Saturday in Mercy Hospital. She had been ill the last year and in serious condition for five days.
Mr. Coldiron was born Jan. 31, 1906, in Portsmouth.
She is survived by her husband, John Coldiron; her mother, Mrs. Sina Cottle Hancock of Sciotoville Rt. 4; her father, Robert S. Cox of St. Marys; four aunts and two uncles.
The deceased was a member of the Porter Baptist Church, the Wheelersburg Garden Club, Empire Grange, Modern Woodmen of America, a charter member of the Order of the White Shrine of Jerusalem, Portsmouth Chapter, and the Order of Wheelersburg Chapter Easter Star.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. today in Porter Baptist Church at Slocum Station, the Revs. Clarence Conway and John Kemper officiating. Interment in Memorial Park Cemetery.
