Dwain was an Army veteran paratrooper and retired from Interlake Steel of Beverly after 30 years of service. He was a man of faith. He enjoyed gardening, college sports, his vehicles, his family and sitting by the river.
Surviving are his daughters: Debra (Bill) Dunn, Brenda (Dean) Strahler, Bonnie (Greg) Laubert, Connie (Mike) Slattery, Teresa Boley, Tina Campbell, Linda Darnell Dowler and son Eddie (Amanda) Dennis and several grandchildren and great grandchildren and his sister Carol Simon.
Dwain was preceded in death by his siblings: Evelyn Dennis, Lucille Braden, Ray Dennis, Garnet Hupp, Donald Dennis, and John Dennis.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday (March 31) at 10:00 am at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with Pastor Terry Schmelzenbach officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Lowell.
