DONALD DEAN DENNIS
LOWELL- Donald Dean Dennis, 65, of Lowell Route 1 died at 8:12 a.m. Tuesday (Oct. 4, 1994) at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital in Parkersburg. He had recently been making his home at Williamstown.
He was born June 15, 1929, in Washington County to George and Josephine Schultz Dennis. He had formerly been employed at Ohio Power Co. He also had been employed by Winans Sanitary Supply Co. and as a custodian at First Baptist Church. He attended the Apostolic Church at Belpre. He had served with the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict.
Mr. Dennis is survived by his wife, Becky Dobbins; two sons by a previous marriage, Larry Dean Dennis and Donald Drew Dennis; three brothers, Ray Dennis of Marietta Route 6, Franklin D. Dennis of Marietta Route 8, and John Dennis of Oak Hill, N.Y.; three sisters, Lucille Braden of Caldwell, Garnet Hupp of Macksburg and Carol Simon of Bloomington, Ind.; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Services are 11 a.m. tomorrow at McClure-Schafer Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Goodwin officiating. Burial is in Oak Grove Cemetery with military rites. Friends may call at the funeral home.
