Dallas Lee Billips, 54, passed away February 28, 2018 at his home. He was born October 9, 1963 in Bluefield, WV to the late Carl Rufus and Dorothy Louise Billips. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his sister, Wilma Kay Billips(18547524) and three brothers, Delbert, Tracy and Merle Billips.
Survivors include his wife, Rhonda Gravley of the home; sister, Norma Jean Short and husband, Charlie of Bluewell, WV; brothers, Kim Billips and Kelly Billips of Abs Valley, VA; step granddaughter, Kaylee Gravley of North Wilkesboro, NC; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, March 1, 2018 at High Country Services. Chuck Edwards and Jimmy Sizemore will officiate. A private inurnment will be in the Maplewood Cemetery in Tazewell, VA beside his parents and brothers.
The care of Mr. Billips has been entrusted to High Country Services.
