She was born November 7, 1961 in Kinston to Charlie Ray Hilliard and Gladys Culpepper.
Shelia had a special place in her heart for all animals especially her dogs she cared for.
Her biggest legacy, however, is the immeasurable mark she left on her daughters, grandchildren and family.
Known to them as Shelia, Mama, Granny and Gran Gran she will forever hold a dear and precious place in each of their hearts.
Shelia was preceded in death by father, Charlie Ray Hilliard; mother, Gladys Culpepper Hilliard; sisters, Peggy Joyce Smith, Clara StCyr and Gladys Marie Anderson; brothers, Lewis Edward, Roy and Danny Hilliard.
