Obituary for Alvi Van Gorder: Surviving him are his wife, who before her marriage was Miss Rebecca Marshall, and six children, as follows: Mrs Wm Hazen and Joseph VanGorder, who reside near the old home; Mrs. William Ferrell of Ellwood, Irwin J. of Bedford, O., and Misses Jennie and Birdella, at home. He leaves one brother. James A. VanGorder of Slipperyrock township. The deceased was an uncle of Miss Jennie Aiken of Pine street, and a brother-in-law of Mrs. John Hyde, of this city.
