Our loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Barbara Bradshaw White passed away on February 7, 2018. She was born on May 15, 1929 in Manderfield Utah to Henry Lafey and Annie Bradshaw.
She graduated from Beaver High School. She had an uncanny memory of remembering dates from birthdays to marriage dates. Barbara married Karl White on June 8, 1947. Their marriage was later solemnized in the St. George LDS Temple on May 19, 1950. She served as a Primary Teacher and Scout Leader in her ward for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Barbara loved telling memories of her childhood. She was a fast runner and enjoyed doing genealogy. She loved her family, going to the hills and going on picnics.
Barbara is survived by her children; Michael (Glena) White of Cedar City, UT, Carla (Mel) Stewart of Beaver, UT, Danny (Tanya) White of Beaver, UT, Tony (Amy) White of Delta, UT and Lance(April) White of Beaver, UT. Along with 25 wonderful grandchildren, 60 Great and 30 Great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband Karl White. Her parents Henry and Annie Bradshaw, 11 siblings and 1 great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 11:00 am at the Beaver 4th Ward. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 9:30-10:30 am at the Church. Interment will be at the Mt. View Cemetery under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary. www.sumortuary.com
