Elenor Bradshaw White
May 31, 1926 - January 11, 2020 (age 93)

Elenor Bradshaw White beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Great-Great Grandmother passed away on January 11, 2020 after a long and satisfying life. She was born May 31, 1926 to Henry Lafey and Annie Olevia Edwards Bradshaw in Beaver, Utah.

Elenor spent her early life growing up in Manderfield, Utah with her siblings, cousins, and friends. She attended Beaver schools and graduated from Beaver High School in 1944. In the summer of 1946 Elenor met and fell in love with her sweetheart and eternal partner, Robert Burton White, Jr. They married on September 24, 1946 in the St. George Temple and together raised five children.

Elenor was a loving, spiritual and faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She served in many positions, from Primary, to Young Women to the Relief Society. Each position she held became the most important job to her at that time. She and Bob served for five years as temple ordinance workers at the Manti Temple and very much enjoyed that time together. She also enjoyed her time with the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers.

Elenor was a very hard worker, and had the gifts of common sense, wisdom and discernment. She always did what she believed was right and she passed these gifts on to her children. She would say, "a job worth doing is a job worth doing right."

Elenor took great pride in having a beautiful yard. She had flowers growing everywhere throughout the yard, and a large vegetable garden that she shared with everyone.

Elenor kept busy supporting her husband in his church responsibilities, his career in the banking business, and his love for the outdoors. She was always there for her husband, children and grandchildren, and she remembered each of their birthdays. Spending time with her family, serving others, cooking, gardening and painting beautiful oil scenes, brought joy to her life.

Elenor is preceded in death, by her husband Robert B White, a son Eric B White, both parents, eight brothers and four sisters.

Elenor is survived by her daughter Cheryl (George) Newton, son Brent (Julie) White, son Craig (Julie) White, daughter Susan Williams, fifteen grandchildren, fifty-three great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren, one brother Howard (Lavern) Bradshaw and one sister June (Verl) Johnson.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 11:00am at the Beaver Stake Center (1350 E 200 N, Beaver, UT 84713). A viewing will be held from 9:30 – 10:30am, prior to the services at the same location.
