Frank Kaiser, age 78, of Black Springs, passed away on Monday, February 5, 2018. He was born on March 16, 1939, in Bellevue, Nebraska, the son of Fred Kaiser, Sr. and Francis Chaney Kaiser.

On December 29, 1983, he was married to the true love of his life, Regina Saam Kaiser who preceded him in death on March 17, 2011. He was also preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Freddie Kaiser, Jr.

He was a U.S. Army Veteran and a U.S. Navy Seabee Veteran, having served in Vietnam and attended the Midway Pentecostal Church.
