PRINCETON - Estelle Benson, 80, died Friday at her home.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at First Congregational Church with the Rev. Clarion Olson officiating. Burial will be in Oak Knoll Cemetery.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at Hanson Funeral Home. A prayer service will be at 7.30 tonight at the funeral home in Princeton.
Mrs. Benson was born Oct. 5, 1902, in Baldwin Township, Sherburne County, to the late Michael and Adeline (Galbraith) Looney. She married Russell O. Benson Dec. 24, 1924, in Chicago, Ill., and the couple lived in Chicago until moving to Princeton in 1942. She was a member of First Congregational Church of Princeton and Eastern Star.
Survivors include one brother, Alfred Lowney, Zimmerman.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jan. 18. 1966, daughter, Dorolese Westman in 1982, two brothers and five sisters.
Pallbearers will be James Jendro, Robert Anderson, Herbert Lindgren, Rodney Person, Irvin Renner and Norman Looney.
