Sue was born on December 10, 1934 in Floresville, Texas to Robert Roy and Ina Mae Black. God called Mrs. Wright home on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at a local hospital in Palestine, Texas. Sue loved the Lord and was very active within her church at Percilla United Methodist up until her health would no longer allow. She taught school for thirty years until her retirement. She enjoyed reading doing cross-stitch, needle point and crocheting. She also belonged to the Love Circle at First Methodist Church of Grapeland.
Mrs. Wright is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Eldon Wright; three brothers: Bill Black, Jimmy Black and Allen Black and two sisters: Robbie Poppel and Margaret Ault.
She is survived by her loving children, Cynthia Wright and Wendell Wright; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
