Norma was a graduate from Partridge High School. On August 13, 1955, she married Robert C. Hornbeck in Partridge.
Norma is survived by: husband, Robert of Hutchinson; son, Phillip and wife Cindy Hornbeck of Partridge; daughter, Phyllis Keffer and husband Doyle of Hutchinson; brother, Lyle Buckley of Belle Vista, AR; sister, Mary Love of Partridge; grandchildren, Ben Hornbeck and wife Amber of Hutchinson, Mollie Keffer of Kansas City, KS; step-grandchildren, Josh Powell and wife Lindsay of Hutchinson; great-grandchild, Carter Hornbeck of Hutchinson; and step-great-grandchildren, Jordan, Noah, Landyn, and Alissa Powell.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral service will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, January 22, 2018, at Elliott Chapel, with Pastor Jerry Stokley officiating. Burial will follow in Partridge Cemetery. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Elliott Mortuary.
