Lois was born 20 Jul 1930 in Hope, Arkansas to Walter and Verna Garner and passed away on 6 Jan 2018 in Shreveport. She was a member of Broadmoor Baptist Church. She retired from Caddo Parish Schools as a teacher, where she worked for many years.
Lois was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Roland Marcum; brother, Darryl Garner; and niece, Linda Warman. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Crystal Cheryl Wakefield of Garland, Texas; grandsons, Brandon Keith Caulder of Plano, Texas and Alex Bostic; sister-in-law, Carolyn Braswell; nephews and nice, Gary Garner, Debbie Park, Rick Warman; and numerous other nieces and nephews.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Lifepath Hospice and Heritage Manor South for their care.
