Bertha was a longtime resident of Dragerton, Utah and was one of the first women coal miner hired in Carbon County. She spent many years as the manager of the state liquor store in East Carbon, Utah. Bertha will be remembered for her devotion to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Bertha is survived by her son, David (Kim) Summers; 5 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by Dannett Davis and Shannon Summers.
