William Gothie, age 44 years 7 months, enlisted at Jackson, California, October 8 and mustered in as private of Captain Walter S. Cooledge's Company C, 7th California Infantry, October 27, 1864. Private Gothie was discharged at the Presidio of San Francisco, April 26, 1866.
