Funeral services for Mrs. Alfred Mueller, who resided two and a half miles south of Columbus, and who died Tuesday, were held at 2 p.m. yesterday at the Evangelical Protestant Church. Rev. J. H. Steger, pastor, officiated, and burial was made in Columbus cemetery.
The church was taxed to capacity with many relatives and friends, and a number from out-of-town, and many were obliged to go to the basement where a loud speaker was installed for the services.
The pallbearers were Frank Blaser, Jake Amacher, Ed Waldman, Otto Ernst, Ernst Jenny and Bill Hosher.
