Norma was the loving wife of Art Moser, who preceded her in death. She was a deacon of the First Presbyterian Church of Santa Rosa, and an active member of the Oakmont community for 32 years.
Norma was an inspiration to her family by being a strong, resilient woman, no matter life's challenges. Her kindness and compassion touched the lives of so many.
