Norma Joyce Moser, age 96, passed away in Santa Rosa on December 10, 2016. She was born in Topeka, Kansas in 1920, a daughter of Ed and Lola Schoonover. She is survived by two daughters, Nancy (Greg) Deming, and Sandra (James) Donlon; a sister-in-law, Jeanne Schoonover; grandchildren, Wes Deming, Christine (Kevin) Long, Jeanette (Derek) Whitney, and Michelle Donlon; and by six loving great-grandchildren.

Norma was the loving wife of Art Moser, who preceded her in death. She was a deacon of the First Presbyterian Church of Santa Rosa, and an active member of the Oakmont community for 32 years.

Norma was an inspiration to her family by being a strong, resilient woman, no matter life's challenges. Her kindness and compassion touched the lives of so many.
