Jan worked for Beechcraft and Raytheon corporations before returning to being a homemaker. She was also active in the Salina Social Order of Beauceant.
She married Charles A. Schult on May 24, 1954, in Wichita.
Jan was preceded in death by her husband, Charles, five brothers and seven sisters.
She is survived by a great nephew, Joe Komlofske (Linda), of Salina, and numerous nieces, nephews and special friends.
